I spend at least 2hrs in character customization lol.
It's so sad I can't play any of these on my Mac.
My friends just go with the default -_-
When I'm checking out the character creator for the first time, I usually spend about an hour looking at all the options, and proceed to spend many hours being stuck between two options-

Im the type of guy who spends an hour making A custome character then i accidentally hit the randomize button because i was just mashin.. then i end up playing with a randomly generated character
When it comes to the actual game or character creator, I tend to have more within creating characters than the actual grinding fest of mmorpg.
If I can edit boobs it’s good enough for me

I'm surprised you didn't add Tera or Skyforge. Both have very extensive CC you can easily spend hours on, AND the characters are really sexy to boot.
Also.. gotta give homage to Runescape.
except you're showing CITY OF HEROES while talking about Champions Online. CO has a great creator for sure, but CoH was taken offline several years ago
Also I usually spend hours on character creation that’s half the fun for me just wish other games had black deserts level of customization I wish there were other games that let you give your character tattoos on there body and not just there face

When i play sims.. i use whole day on one character sometime 😀 i will download black desert just for creating XD
some games asking you to be a graphic designer 😀
i like the making fun about BNS 😀
It depends on the game bcs some character creators suck and are all just presets If it's a decent character creator probably 2 hours, and if it let's you choose clothes and accessories, then probably like 5 hours
i spend 9 hours creating most scariest tall black thin creature in black desert online :O
